Travelling Tales Celebration — A Luminate Festival Event on Tell A Story Day at Moulin Hall, Pitlochry 2—4pm. Stories from my May Cycle journey through Highland Perthshire including a new Wonder tale created and told by children from six rural schools en route: The tale of the Amazing Story Quilt lost, found, lost and then found again on my journey; a meeting of Old and Young and sharing of stories. A free event
Weds 24th October
Perthshire Celtic Traditions — Scottish and Breton Storytellers and Singers come together at Blair Castle to honour the pioneer folktale and Celtic scholar, Lady Evelyn Stewart-Murray.  Sheila Stewart, Jess Smith, Fiona MacLeod, Brigitte Kloareg and myself as host.  7—9.15pm. 6th October
Living Memory: The Arts of Reminiscence — Led jointly by Storyteller Noel Cochrane and myself, Scottish Poetry Library's Lilias Fraser, and Scots Music Group Scott Murray. A day that leads into a one and a half year joint project between Scottis Story Telling Centre and Scottish Poetry Library in residential homes called 'Living Voices'. One of the three areas that the project will take place in is Perth and Kinross.

7th EU Forest Pedagogics Congress, Dunkeld — Storytelling to delegates.
Friday 4th—Saturday 27th October
Enchanted Forest Storytelling in a yurt in Faskally Forest every night from 7—9pm. Special night on Tuesday 23rd: Two Storytellers/Celtic singers from Brittany join me as part of the International Storytelling Festival outreach programme.
3rd—24th September
Woodlands Words and Wonders Project — the last of a 3-year project with P&K Countryside Trust Outdoor Learning programme with all primary schools in P&K. Three years of storytelling in wild places with children and watching as they connect with the wonder of the forest through stories and folklore, and become the Storymakers and Storytellers.
August—October
Stanley Mills Community Textile Project with young mums and under fives.
5th—12th May 2012
Travelling Tales — A story journey on bike and foot linking Highland Perthshire Communities from Pitlochry — Kinloch Rannoch — Aberfeldy — Pitlochry for Highland Perthshire Bike Festival.
 
Itinerary
FRIDAY 4th May — Pitlochry Primary/High School morning Workshop. 2pm set off on journey to Fincastle;Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
SATURDAY 5th — Fincastle to Tummel; Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
SUNDAY 6th — Tummel to Kinloch Rannoch; Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
MONDAY 7th — Kinloch Rannoch Primary morning Workshop; Soup n Blether with local community at lunchtime; children to accompany Claire on some of her journey. Night stop nr Black Wood of Rannoch; Evening Kitchen Ceilidh.
TUESDAY 8th — Up the Hill to Schiehallion, the Fairy Mountain, stopping overnight at Keltneyburn; possible stop at Dun Coillich Community Woodland Hut for afternoon tea tree Stories!
WEDNESDAY 9th — Round Drummond Hill and ready for morning Kenmore Primary Workshop; Soup & Blether in Reading Room with Kenmore Community; Children accompany Claire some of way as she heads for Aberfeldy; Breadalbane after school session (tbc); Silver Branch Storytelling Session and Tully Bar, Grandtully, 7.30pm; Overnight in Aberfeldy.
THURSDAY 10th — Afternoon Workshop Grandtully Primary Workshop (tbc).
FRIDAY 11 — Morning Workshop Logierait Primary; lunch with local community and final leg to Pitlochry to arrive at 3pm latest. Someone put the Kettle on and run a bath!
