Music is one of the most wonderful ways of bringing people together, and can be a truly transformative experience for both receiver and giver.

As a singer, Celtic harpist, storyteller, drummer and dancer, it is my intention to reach as many people as I can, and hopefully act as a catalyst and inspirer wherever I go and in everything I do, using the skills I was given to share.

I am often asked to play at weddings, christenings and funerals, and perform regularly at The Scottish Crannog Centre, Loch Tay, and at celebrations where harp and voice can help the ambience. I also enjoy telling tales and spinning yarns — click here for more about my storytelling.

Travelling Tales — A story journey on bike and foot linking Highland Perthshire Communities from Pitlochry — Kinloch Rannoch — Aberfeldy — Pitlochry for Highland Perthshire Bike Festival.
 
Itinerary
FRIDAY 4th May — Pitlochry Primary/High School morning Workshop. 2pm set off on journey to Fincastle;Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
SATURDAY 5th — Fincastle to Tummel; Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
SUNDAY 6th — Tummel to Kinloch Rannoch; Kitchen Ceilidh Evening.
MONDAY 7th — Kinloch Rannoch Primary morning Workshop; Soup n Blether with local community at lunchtime; children to accompany Claire on some of her journey. Night stop nr Black Wood of Rannoch; Evening Kitchen Ceilidh.
TUESDAY 8th — Up the Hill to Schiehallion, the Fairy Mountain, stopping overnight at Keltneyburn; possible stop at Dun Coillich Community Woodland Hut for afternoon tea tree Stories!
WEDNESDAY 9th — Round Drummond Hill and ready for morning Kenmore Primary Workshop; Soup & Blether in Reading Room with Kenmore Community; Children accompany Claire some of way as she heads for Aberfeldy; Breadalbane after school session (tbc); Silver Branch Storytelling Session and Tully Bar, Grandtully, 7.30pm; Overnight in Aberfeldy.
THURSDAY 10th — Afternoon Workshop Grandtully Primary Workshop (tbc).
FRIDAY 11 — Morning Workshop Logierait Primary; lunch with local community and final leg to Pitlochry to arrive at 3pm latest. Someone put the Kettle on and run a bath!
